Running 3 private labels on Amazon, company monthly revenue: about 6 million (usd), 26 SKUs on my behalf
• Account setup, management and maintenance:
o Creating and updating Amazon Listings: pictures, copywriting, keyword, title, bullet points, A+ EBC, other backend details, product descriptions, Ads/storefront, etc.
o Implementing Amazon marketing and deals (promotions, coupons, lightning deals, Amazon Live, Posts, virtual product bundles)
o Monitoring and reacting to competitive landscape (pricing, promotions, reviews, content, and other elements that drive customer purchase decisions) on a daily basis
o Protecting and improving rankings and identifying new ranking opportunities
o Coordinating with the supply chain team to ensure products are in stock, have updated packaging, having all appropriate required certifications; managing inventory levels and FBA restock limits, providing accurate sales forecasting and planning with cross departments including analytics, supply chain.
o Responding to Amazon Customer Service contacts, monitoring and responding to customer reviews and comments
o Troubleshooting Seller Central issues and create cases via email and phone
o Work with Amazon tools to analyze data and operate brands (Seller sprite, ASINKING, Helium10, Junglescout, FeedbackWhiz)
o Monitoring competitors listing performance
o Identifying and analyzing new product opportunities, scaling potential
• Advertising management:
o Planning and executing product launching strategy for all new products/product expansions
o Managing PPC advertising strategy for assigned products
o Creating and optimizing campaign performance
o Conducting keyword research and optimization
o Managing advertising budgets, planning and optimizing performance to budget.
o developing new ad concepts
o Competitor analysis and keyword research
