Coordinated and successfully handled all insurance claims within the company; Negotiated various issues with Insurance Brokers, Underwriters and Loss Adjusters which allowed me and company’s management to understand how to implement major improvements and cost saving for the company. Developed and conducted special trainings on risks, HSE and insurance for local personnel, which significantly affected operations and risk exposure. Provided contract expertise to multiple stakeholders, such as contractors, committees and alike on T&C improvement and Risk reduction.

Day to day client service across multiple lines of business (compulsory, voluntary and global programs). Responsible for negotiation with London market, brokers, underwriters terms and conditions for risk placement; assist clients with claims handling and negotiate them with various stakeholders (adjusters, underwriters, surveyors, lawyers etc.). Review insurance programs assisting clients in appropriateness of coverage.

Planned and directed the work of the sales team and monitored their performance. Arranged trainings for local teaching institutions with participation of foreign speakers.
