Local project manager for two major group R&D projects (digital door locks with fingerprint, NFC, BLE, etc) with Switzerland and Japan teams and leading insourcing projects (digital lodging locks) with US subsidiary and mainland manufacturing site. Coordinate and manage a project team of 10 employees across multiple projects. Responsible for project management and communication between the different project share and stakeholders in terms of product design, cost control, schedule, risk management, resource coordination and weekly reporting and meeting, etc. Support all technical issues during the product development process, formulate technology solution, prototyping, solutions verification, test & certification and field test. Lead on the pilot runs and initial mass productions, which content project release, material scheduling, quality control & problem-solving, production set-up, and logistics, etc.

Communication with US mother and HK sister company, mainland sister factory, outsourced suppliers and internal departments (design, Engineer, costing, finance, product qualification, shipping departments) on product (watch) design, sampling and mass production and coordinating any issues occurred in parties mentioned above for watches sold to Wal-mart, Kmart, Target, Khol’s, Macy’s, JC Penny and other main US retailers and watch channels. Working on Supplier evaluation with QC team and cost control with the purchasing team. Product specification management in System Agile, JDE and ERP, etc.

Potential customer development via online trade platform, International Trade Fair (HK Spring/Autumn Electronic and Gift Fair, CES, IFA) and company existing customer database. Responsible for communication and management on product design, cost, schedule, risk management, resources coordinating and weekly reporting to all relative parties for customized products (Projector, Mini LED projector, Tablet PC, Electronic gadget)
