• Maintain banking relationships • Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available funds for investment • Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements • Arrange for equity and debt financing • Maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over treasury activities • Tracking Capex spending and reconciling it with the accounting department. • Monitor the Capex spending versus budget. • Responsible for Capex closing and ensure properly closure in the fixed asset register.
