• Market analysis for Static & Rotating equipment in accordance with EPC Linde project requirements (Ust-Luga LNG/GPP, Amur GPP, Lebedinskiy ASU, etc.) • Project Vendor List preparation: sourcing, capability check, quick-scan audit, denied party screening. • RFQ initiation in conformity with technical specifications submitted by Engineering department. • Supplier qualification audit. • Organization of technical and commercial bid clarification meetings along with Engineering team. • Final negotiations of price, lead time, conditions (Bearing in mind cost-breakdown & cost drivers). • Comparative assessment _ Shortlisting. • Purchase order preparation with selected supplier in SAP ERP. • Report preparation on a monthly basis (Statistics, Savings track, KPI). • Supervising the PO execution and contract obligation performance. • Issue and handle claims due to nonconformities.
