I was teaching different adult groups conversational English. It was a challenge for me to get the position of an English teacher in this school because they hire mainly native speakers but I met the requirements of this school and after the probation period, I was hired. I've got the great experience of teaching adults using teaching methods of the WEB school.

I taught 700 Thai students of different ages conversational English, basic English and the ASEAN course. I also taught Russian for the group of 6 Thai students on my own initiative. As my personal achievement, I consider recognition from my students for all the knowledge which I gave them and also building friendly relationships between us. The administration of the school "Phothisamphanpitthayakhan" gave me the recommendation letter, a pdf copy of which I can send via email if it's necessary.

My major duties were the translation and of the Americans who visited orphanages in Kostroma and in the Kostroma region. I helped the Americans and the staff of the orphanages in events planning. Together we did many entertainments with orphans such as concerts, amusement parks, shopping for kids etc. We even went to the Black Sea with them and organized, kind of the summer camp for the kids. As every time I was with the kids my duties also included looking after them. Sometimes I was also planning leisure time in the evenings for Americans. I got the prize every time and at the end of my job I was thanked for my hard work.

I taught English to adult groups of 12 persons usually. I used the special ESL technic in teaching them. This technic is being used in intensive learning of foreign languages. I complied with the rules of our school and my students passed the exam of the school and have acquired necessary knowledge for moving to the next level of learning.
