Roles and responsibilities: * Work as a Team Lead responsible for new rollouts, implementing enhancement requests, support and improvise the existing applications * Collect technical requirements, design solutions, work as a technical lead to develop technical solutions that solve the business problems * Mentor the junior resources, develop them as solid RPAS professionals and convert them as assets to the company and team * Performance tuning of the batch rules/expression to improve overall performance of the system and thereby ehhance end user satisfaction * Effectively Communicate with Business users that are spread across different geographies and address their queries * Support and improvise RPAS application system and make sure best use of the system by the business users * Partner with different IT teams from Italy, USA, India, and China while working on new rollouts/projects, solving system issues, enhancement requests from Business users ;

-configure Oracle RPAS applications as per the business requirements -Develop batches and scripts -Mentor junior resources, train them on Oracle RPAS technology and thus create them as Assets for the company who can be later leveraged for other projects -Overall test preparation and execution of oracle RPAS applications -Integration of Oracle RPAS applications -Develop inbound and outbound interfaces for RPAS
