- Supporting Director of Sales in setting the strategy for corporate sales operation, creating and implementing new tactics (special promotions, sales blitz, joint initiative with regional sales offices etc.) to drive the revenue. Together with the Corporate Sales Team completed 2019 as the most profitable year since Shanghai Expo 2010. - Handling existing clients database and expanding it by proactively seeking new accounts in respective market segments (Embassies & Consulates, Luxury brands, IT, Banking etc.). Took part in signing and developing hotel's biggest accounts (Huawei, ByteDance, LVMH, UBS) to ensure hotel's base occupancy during pandemia time. - Co-leading the team of 4 sales, ensuring completion of the team & department goal every month; - Expanding the database by exploring new business opportunities through sales calls, site visits, clients events & networking, telemarketing; - Assigning daily/monthly/quarterly tasks to junior staff, applying training plans.

- Supporting and leading existing accounts, managing rooms & catering sales for the embassies, international organizations, schools and universities, chambers of commerce etc. Increased the total amount of producing accounts 15% up, ensuring revenue increase respectively. - Targeting and handling government delegations & events inquiries, receiving VIP guests and high-level functions, including National Day celebrations, outside caterin and in-house events of different scale. Successfully targeted and won the bidding for accommodation of the Prime Minister of Sweden during his visit to Beijing. - Expanding the database by establishing relations with new partners through weekly sales calls, site visits, telemarketing & cold calls, attending networking events and organizing entertainment client’s events together with the marketing department. - Ensuring fulfill personal sales target and department budget plan.

- Handling key segment for the resort property, managing communication with the main wholesale & travel agencies, maintaining existing database and developing new connections. While being in position signed more than 70 partner companies, ensuring solid clients base in the leading segment of the hotel. - Supporting Director of Sales in creating special seasonal promotions to attract clients and maintain competitive status in the market. Successfully implemented tour series project for a season, which realized 30% of the department's budget. - Presenting the property in various exhibitions, sales calls and webinars, organize and conduct fam trips for the key accounts
