Checking the log files both in the real time and offline, finding solutions, applying Hardware changes both in the real time and offline (order to subcontractor by Change request forms).Following up the issue until it completely was solved, providing before/after reports to send to manager. -Neighbors audit with checking cell to cell handover performance, checking DT log files, checking Alarms, checking cells traffic so on. -training new colleague which joint the teams.

-Quality control of the network (K'Cell) with a special program. -RNO tools (NCS, MRR, FAS) to achieve KPIs. -Balancing the traffic both with coverage and parameter tuning, offering new Micro/Macro sites for high congested areas. Checking different OSS reports for Cell and/or TRX level: Quality, signal level, Interference, Timing advance and…, making decision to have Hardware check (Sector swap, Feeder Swap, faulty TRXs, and high VSWR) or HW/SW tuning. -Worst cells analysis and troubleshooting -Parameter tuning and optimization -Drive test analysis using TEMS Investigations and making necessary parameter changes to improve network -Preparing riggers to do antenna alterations where/if necessary -Follow-up and preparation of evaluation reports in various forms. -Follow-up checks K'Cell communication quality -Make drive Test. Trouble Ticket responsible -To contact to subscribers to get exact address make initial DT on problematic area (at subscriber’s place) make very accurate decisions to solve trouble ticket. If it’s not possible to solve with existing site if problem due to Low SS to recommend new site. -preparing weekly reports regarding TTs for whole region (number of received, ongoing, closed, open trouble tickets) then report it to head of team.
