• Manage complex planning studies and review the Client’s proposal. • Prepare and develop a revised master programme and various detailed programmes by using Primavera P6 in accordance with CPM and EVM covering anticipating project demands in compliance with the availability of local labour and plant resources. • Provides professional planning assistance to team members and an OHL subcontractor on in compliance with resources, budgeted cost and feasibility to achieve the milestones. • Monitor and ensure the work activities compliance with the Client’s and Railway Department’s requirement. • Perform field inspections to gather data relevant to the development review process and/or to verify that development projects comply with approved programmes. • By apply CPM to analyze changes or delay and develop scenarios as impact assessments and work with the operation teams to provide optimum solution to achieve the milestones and substantial completion date. • Prepare and develop the tender programme and narratives for MTRCL Contract 1120B in accordance with the worst case scenario of MTRCL’s access window.

• Participate in the tender team to prepare and develop the tender programme and narratives for MTRCL Contract 1164, Hong Kong Electric Contract No.611, CLP Contract No.628 and A&A works for the Heng Seng Bank. • Prepare and develop the preliminary master porgramme (PMP) and the preliminary installation programme (PIP) for MTRCL projects and others in accordance with CPM. • Prepare the weekly and monthly progress reports including Productivity S-Curve in compliance with the master programme and in accordance with MTRCL’s requirement. • Participate in the DNV (Det Norske Veritas) preparation team to prepare the part of “Incident and Accident Analysis” and attend the DNV audit.

• Prepare and develop the tender and master programme based on the contractual period and availability of resources. • Develop high-level and sectional installation programmes based on the priority of shipment between Thailand and Australia. • Develop project milestones and progress tracking baselines to control the project. • Prepare and develop the S-Curve and Cash Flow relevant to actual work progress and forecast trend. • Prepare work procedures, such as Project Execution Plan, Basis of Schedule, Transport & Load-Out Procedure, Lifting Procedure, Sea-Fastening Procedure, etc. • Be a liaison amongst project teams in Thailand (for construction of structural steel modules and pipeline), South Korea (for fabrication of pressure vessels) and Australia (for final erections on site).

• Responsible for preparing and developing master programmes and various detailed schedules by using Primavera P6 covering anticipating project demands in terms of labour, materials and equipment. • Prepare and develop monthly S-Curve progress reports in compliance with the master programmes. • Identify changes or delay in accordance with CPM and develop the impact assessment and work with team to provide optimum solution for the works. • Work close to a commercial team to complete monthly payments and the project cash flow.

• Prepare and develop the MEP construction programmes and various controlling schedules, such as Sub-contractor Target Date Schedule, 2-week Look Ahead Schedule, Work Delay Status and Catch-up Plan by using Primavera P3.1 (Version as client and consultant’s requirement) and MS Project. • Liaise with a civil contractor's planner in integration between civil and MEP work programme and provide day-to-day interaction with MEP subcontractors, QCs, and engineers regarding to the progress of works. • Update the works programme along with MEP work progress reports based on spent man-hour against planned man-hour basis and submit to the consultant and client on a weekly basis. • Monitor the critical path and prepared schedule impact reports along with a recovery programme for the project management team. • Proactively assess progress against historical indicators on a weekly basis and completion forecasts and coordinate with the construction manager to seek for comparative analysis and feasible means to mitigate delays to achieve the original goal.

• Prepare and develop a master programme, sectional installation programmes by using Primavera P6 and programme narratives in compliance with the client’s requirement. • Monitor the progress throughout the structural steel fabrication and assembly of each modules and conveyors. • Prepare and develop the daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports including progressive S-Curve. • Responsible for the monthly progress payment and the claim of variation orders according to additional works.

• Act as a primary person in coordinating with all operational parties including, shipping agencies (between Thailand and Lao), Lao Villagers and Lao Military. • Responsible for the site supervision of building works of Brew House at Block A and Bottling Hall at Block B covering architectural works. • Prepare and develop the master programme, detailed installation programmes of Civil and E&M works, S-Curve, progress reports and monthly payments.

• Responsible for supervising the operation team to carry out post-tensioned works in 3 residential buildings (15-storey building each) at Precinct D of Al Zeina project area. • Prepare site paperwork, such as the stressing reports after applying pressure on tendons at the final stage of Post-tensioning process in accordance with the client specification and the VSL post-tensioning standard. • Prepare and develop the daily progress reports and directly submit to Site Manager.
